Działanie aromatu na fizjologię człowieka

Zasugerowano, że odczuwanie aromatu kawy może mieć wpływ na czujność, choć wciąż należy przeprowadzić więcej badań w tym zakresie20. Pewne badania wskazują, że aromat kawy może pobudzać pewne emocje i przywoływać wspomnienia, choć i w tym przypadku konieczne jest wykonanie większej ilości badań21.
